(“Indonesia Air”) is an airline company based in Jakarta that provides a wide range of aviation services to both the on and off shore oil, gas and mining industries within Indonesia and South East Asia. Indonesia Air is headquartered in Central Jakarta with the main hub at Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport of Jakarta, second hub, used to serve oil and gas companies and hangar (aircraft maintenance facility) which is located at Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan, East Kalimantan and in I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Denpasar, Bali.
Inconducting its business, Indonesia Air provides aircraft charter services. It operates various types of fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. Other operations include tourism charter work, operation support and medical evacuation, air cargo requirements including operations from short or unimproved airstrips, maintenance facilities in Jakarta and Balikpapan, East Kalimantan.

The Company provides fixed wing and helicopter charter services for short-term period (under 1 year), medium (1-3 years) and long term (over 3 years) contract.
The Company provides fixed wing and helicopter charter services for incidental needs, such as medical evacuation. Customers pay for the service based on the time of use.
In supporting its business operations, the Company continues to perform maintenance and expand its fleet in accordance with business needs.
